Hydration: the importance of drinking water | MyBB3

It is highly recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water a day (someone will tell you even more but in this way you could compromise the kidneys) because in the end most of our body is made up of water that we lose continuously with the breath, the sweat, urine, simply by moving and therefore must be reintegrated.
